Our Accommodations:

1. “Green” Studio Apartment (First Floor): This cozy apartment features a living room with a double bed, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony to enjoy the alpine views.
2. “Blue” Studio Apartment 3 (First Floor): This inviting apartment includes a living room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air.
3. Two-Room Apartment “Yellow” (Ground Floor): This spacious apartment offers a double bedroom with an additional 3rd bed, a living room with an extractable double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower.

Additional Amenities:

• Complimentary private parking in our garage.
• Pet-friendly: Animals are welcome with a supplement of €10.00 per day (to be paid upon arrival).
• For children’s cots or extra beds, please contact us.
• WiFi available with a supplement of €10.00 per week.

Practical Information:

• Check-in time is at 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
• Final cleaning fees: €40 for studio apartments, €55 for the two-room apartment.
